scream the stars out

So this past week I've been,

Avidly checking Manchester weather forecasts in hope the schizophrenic weather stays away for Parklife - it's not looking likely, ready to rave in my waterproofs!

Wishing I was Sky Ferreira after she got to wear THE Alicia Silverstone white Calvin Klein dress from Clueless!

Watching excessively the video for Tyler The Creator's latest single 'She' - pretty poignantly creepy stuff!

Reading this blog about a Ibiza Rocks resident DJ's time in Ibiza. Already getting a bit jealous!

Lusting after sheer shirts c/o Republic and Doc Martens. Both need to be in my Summer wardrobe NOW!

Same goes for these head chains; I love the bohemian, ethnic look they have.

And speaking of bohemian, hello Coachella 2012 news. Getting prematurely excited over this festival (not even 21 yet but still want to go)

And J.J Abrams' new film.

Loving Vogue Italia's sub site entirely celebrating curvy women. Definitely a move in the right direction for such a high fashion trendsetting magazine and their curvy editorial is just stunning if a little cliche.

But remaining completely undecided about the trailer for David Nicholl's 'One Day' after many, many watches; it was such a beautiful and perfect book I just don't know if any film will be able to do it justice. What do you guys think?

Publicly loving the news that Kate Middleton's instantaneously iconic McQueen dress will be going on show.

And secretly loving the idea of owning my own mermaid tale. For fancy dress purposes only. Obviously. HA! I totally wouldn't get in the jacuzzi and pretend to be a mermaid. Never. Ever. ("The lady doth protest too much, methinks" - Hamlet)

Getting geeky over these NASA images of a nearby galaxy. Space is just so beautiful. Will this mean obsessing over Christopher Kane's galaxy collection once again? Just maybe.

And being even geekier reading these newspaper articles. The first from the Independent about Prince Philips awkward gaffes and the second from the Guardian about new music being increasingly influenced by the past.

But LOLing at this news and the suggested conference topics.

And saving the best till last! Just being completely jaw-droppingly excited by Lana Del Rey and Sky Ferreira both posting links to my blog on their Facebook fan pages! EEK!
